How Do I Unload a Business Card?

To unload a Business Card:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to Cards > Business Cards
  4. Here you can search by Cardholder Name
  5. Click on “View Details”
  6. Select Actions > Unload Card
  7. Enter in amount and note and click “Unload”
  8. Cardholder will receive a push notification to advise their card balance has been adjusted
