How to Customise Employee Benefits Recipient Emails

To edit the email your employees will receive with their Employee Benefit card:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to 'Draft Orders' under 'Employee Benefits'
  4. Click 'Create a new order' if you are starting a new order, or select the draft order you wish to edit the email for
  5. Customise the email by entering your own 'Subject Line' and 'Email Header'
  6. Once satisfied with your changes, click 'Create'
