How To Disable & Delete a User From Your Business Portal

To disable a user from your CleverCards Business Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to 'Users' under 'Account Settings' located at the bottom left of your screen
  4. Find the user you want to disable and click the (...) on the right, and then click 'Disable'
  5. If you also want to delete it, click the (...) again and click 'Delete'
