How To Edit & Resend An Employee Benefit Card?
If you've sent a CleverCard to the wrong email address or your employee hasn't received it, you can edit the email and resend the CleverCard by following these steps:
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
- Log in using your email address and secure password
- Navigate to Employee Benefits > Completed Orders
- Select the order you want to edit
- Search for recipient by name, email or card amount
- Under “actions”, click "Edit & Resend"
- Enter the new details of the recipient of the CleverCard and click "Send"
- The "Status" will now show as "Resent"
