How To Filter Transactions (All Cards)
To filter all transactions to find transactions made on a specific date, or transactions with a specific status such as 'Pending' or 'Declined':
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
- Log in using your email address and secure password
- Navigate to 'Transactions'
- Click 'All Transactions' next to the search bar to filter by date:
- Current month
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom range (enter the specific date you are looking for)
- Click the 'Filter' icon next to 'All Transactions' to filter by: - Transaction Status: Complete, In Progress, Declined, Charge Back - Transaction Type: Purchase, Refund, Card Activation, Adjustment, Reversal, Others
