How To Filter Transactions (All Cards)

To filter all transactions to find transactions made on a specific date, or transactions with a specific status such as 'Pending' or 'Declined':

  1. Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
  2. Log in using your email address and secure password
  3. Navigate to 'Transactions'
  4. Click 'All Transactions' next to the search bar to filter by date:
    1. Current month
    2. Today
    3. Last 7 days
    4. Last 30 days
    5. Custom range (enter the specific date you are looking for)
  5. Click the 'Filter' icon next to 'All Transactions' to filter by: - Transaction Status: Complete, In Progress, Declined, Charge Back - Transaction Type: Purchase, Refund, Card Activation, Adjustment, Reversal, Others
