How to Order Employee Benefits Cards if I Don't Have a CleverCards Account

To order Employee Benefits cards without having a CleverCards account:

  1. Go to www.clevercards.com.
  2. Navigate to 'Product' and choose 'Employee Benefits'.
  3. Once you're on the 'Employee Benefits' page, click 'Order Online'.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions, beginning with choosing the number of CleverCards you wish to order.
  5. Enter your business details to create a new account.
  6. After entering your details, click 'Create Account & Continue to Payment', then click 'Go to CleverCards Account'.
    1. Note: Once you have created your account, you need to verify your business by clicking 'Complete' in the yellow banner that appears on your screen to finalise registration. Your details will be reviewed by the CleverCards team, and your account will be set up within 24 hours (business hours). You will receive an email notification once the verification is successful.
  7. Once in your Business Portal, you can:
  8. Choose 'Complete Payment' to place your order immediately.
  9. Select 'I'll do this later' to save your order in 'Draft orders' and make the payment later.
  10. After clicking 'Complete Payment', you will have the option to choose between Bank Transfer or Card Payment.
