How to Request a Reload For a Business Card

To request a reload for one of your CleverCards business cards:

  1. Log in to the CleverCards app.
  2. In the 'Business' tab, select the Business Card you want to request a reload for.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Your requests'.
  4. Click 'Request a reload'.
  5. Enter the amount you are requesting for the reload and type in the reason, then click 'Request'.
