How To Resend Business Portal Access Email
To resend the email to employees for Business Portal access:
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
- Log in using your email address and secure password
- Navigate to "Users" on the left side of the screen
- Identify the employee's email that didn't receive the invite.
- Click on the three dots ("...") in the "Actions" column.
- Select "Resend Invite."
- A notification will confirm: “Invite resent successfully”
