How to View and Action Reload Requests in the Business Portal
To View and Action Reload Requests for CleverCards Business Cards:
- Go to the CleverCards Business Portal
- Log in using your email address and secure password
- Navigate to 'Reload Requests'
- Select the relevant reload request
- Click 'Reject' if you do not approve
- Click 'Reload Funds' if you approve:
- You can reload the amount requested by the employee or a select a different amount
- If you have enough 'Available Balance' in your account, the funds will be instantly added to your employee's CleverCard.
