How to View or Cancel a Reload Request

To view or cancel a reload request you've made for one of your CleverCards Business Cards:

  1. Log in to the CleverCards app.
  2. Click the 'Business' tab at the bottom of the screen to view all your Business Cards.
  3. Select the Business Card you requested the reload for.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Your requests'.
  5. Click the request you want to view or cancel.
  6. To cancel the reload request, click 'Cancel request' and then 'Yes, cancel' to confirm.
